  • Where is the store based?

    Berlin, Germany

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Unfortunately the US is one of the few excluded territories at the moment due to the tariff situations it has become difficult as a small business owner to send products to the US.
    Please forgive the circumstances!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Where is the store based?

  • Do I get a tracking number? What happens if I didn't receive my order?

    Tracking number is only provided with the TRACKED Shipping Option or all Warensendungen for Orders within Germany.
    If you chose non-tracked shipping and did not receive your order there is not much I can do from my side as I also do not receive further tracking information. No refund or re-send product can be issued in that case.
    If you chose tracked shipping and did not receive your order please contact me or use your provided tracking number to find out more. If the package should get lost it will be insured that you can get it refund or re-send up to an order value of 500€.
